Housing & Meals
Campers are housed in the same dormitories used by University of Virginia students. Roommates are assigned at random unless requested in advance. A roomate request may be made on the application (one person only). The University of Virginia dining services will provide meals three times a day. The staff will also be housed in the dorms and provide twenty-four hour supervision.

Medical
  Qualified full-time athletic trainers will be on duty throughout the duration of camp to care for minor injuries and sickness. For more serious emergencies the UVA Medical Center will be used. Trainers also reside in the dorms. All campers must have proof of personal medical insurance.

Groups/Teams
  We encourage high school cross country and track teams to attend Central Virginia Cross Country Camp. A team discount of $25 per runner is available when seven or more applications are sent in. A team consists of both genders combined. Register under the Team Registration. All registrations MUST have the coach's contact information filled out (for verification purposes) in order to receive the team discount. After the registration deadline any team registrations that do not have seven or more team members will be treated as an individual registration and charged an additional $25 with prior notice.

Cancellations
  Cancellations must be requested in writing to receive a voucher applicable for the following year to Central Virginia Cross Country Camp or a refund. Cancellation requests due to illness or injury must be accompanied by a doctor's note. Central Virginia Cross Country Camp refunds will be less $100.00 administrative fee. Cancellations within two weeks prior to camp will only be eligible for a voucher less $100, not a refund.
